Take a Seat! Roadshow – Stop 1: Join us in Paris!

“Take a Seat!” is the first major cross-jurisdictional initiative launched by ArbCEE in 2024, aimed at providing a practical overview of various CEE arbitration seats and their approaches to key arbitration-related questions through legal, statistical, and practical insights into each jurisdiction. The project culminated in the publication of the “Take a Seat!” report, which will be available both online and in hard copy. This comprehensive yet accessible resource covers 19 CEE jurisdictions, presented in an engaging and user-friendly format.
The findings of the “Take a Seat!” report are now being showcased through a dedicated roadshow, highlighting the CEE jurisdictions and their arbitration frameworks.

At the first stop in Paris, our panellists will present the latest developments in their respective CEE jurisdictions and engage in an in-depth discussion on the grounds for the annulment of arbitral awards in the CEE.
