Application process

: Select the membership type that suits you — Individual or Corporate — and complete the online application form. The ArbCEE Secretariat will review your application and contact you within 10 business days. Upon acceptance, you will receive an invoice for the annual membership fee.
: Individual membership is open to all professionals with an interest in arbitration and dispute resolution in the CEE region — including practitioners, academics, students, in-house counsel, and arbitrators. Corporate membership is available to law firms, arbitral institutions, companies, and other organisations. There are no formal qualification requirements.
: Yes. If you are applying for Corporate membership, you may submit the application on behalf of your organisation. You will be asked to designate up to 6 named delegates who will receive member benefits.

Fees

: Individual membership is €100 per year. A reduced rate of €50 per year applies to students and academics — select the appropriate category in the application form. Corporate membership is €500 per year and covers up to 6 named delegates.

Benefits

: Members have priority registration and reduced fees for all ArbCEE events, including the Annual ArbCEE Conference, workshops, seminars, and networking evenings. Some events are exclusively available to members.

Corporate membership

: Corporate membership covers up to 6 named delegates. Each delegate receives the same benefits as an Individual member, including event registration, directory listing, and access to publications.
: Yes. You may update your list of named delegates by contacting the Secretariat at contact@arbcee.org. Changes take effect within 5 business days.
