With over 20 years of experience in international arbitration, Dr Olena Perepelynska has participated in more than 250 proceedings โ primarily related to Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia โ as arbitrator, counsel, legal expert, and in institutional roles.As ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฏ๐ถ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ, Olena has acted in 130+ commercial and investment treaty arbitrations seated in Almaty, Bishkek, Geneva, Kyiv, London, Lviv, Minsk, Paris, Montreal, Stockholm, and Vienna. These cases were conducted under the Rules of ICC, LCIA, VIAC, SCC, ICAC at UCCI, IAC at BelCCI, ICA at CCI KR, Atameken, and UNCITRAL. Applicable laws included CISG, as well as Austrian, Belarusian, Czech, English, Georgian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Quebec, Ukrainian, and Uzbek law.
As ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐น, she has represented clients in 120+ international arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, SCC, DIS, ICAC and MAC at UCCI, GAFTA, FOSFA, LMAA, UNCITRAL, Vienna, and Swiss Rules.
As ๐น๐ฒ๐ด๐ฎ๐น ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐, Olena has provided expert opinions on Ukrainian law in investment treaty arbitration and foreign litigation proceedings.
