Dragana specializes in international commercial and investor-state arbitration, with extensive experience handling complex cross-border cases across various industries, including energy, banking, and construction. Dragana participated in numerous high-profile cases governed under various sets of arbitration rules, including ICSID, UNCITRAL, VIAC, SIAC, ICC, LCIA, and SCC rules.
Dragana’s expertise also encompasses providing advice on public international law issues, as well as on Serbian contracts, energy, corporate, and regulatory law.
