Relevant arbitration experience

I have over ten years of experience in arbitration. I have been involved as counsel in multiple arbitration proceedings, based on various rules, including ICC, UNCITRAL, VIAC, PCC (Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce) and the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration, governed by different substantive laws and seated in different jurisdictions, including Miami, Muscat, London, Amsterdam and Warsaw.
I specialize in providing legal assistance to clients in arbitration and court proceedings, especially in relation to construction disputes. I also represent clients in commercial disputes, including disputes between shareholders. I am also experienced in white-collar matters and cases involving acts of unfair competition.
For over a decade I have been an active member of the international as well as Polish arbitration community.
