Petra has over 20 years of experience in complex two-party and multi-party arbitrations in both civil and common law systems. She has acted as an arbitrator, counsel and legal expert in numerous institutional and ad hoc arbitrations under various procedural rules (i.a., ICC, LCIA, SIAC, Swiss Rules, VIAC, LAC, UNCITRAL) and governing laws.Petra’s practice covers a wide range of industries. Her expertise includes, among others, post-M&A and shareholder disputes; joint venture and consortium disputes in telecommunication and other infrastructure projects; construction and engineering (incl. FIDIC-related contracts); technology and know-how transfer; and disputes arising out of international sales, licensing, agency and distribution agreements. Petra also has work experience with disputes involving states and state-owned entities.
