Relevant arbitration experience

As Arbitrator:
Appointed as an arbitrator under IFTA Rules to handle a matter involving a French
major films distributor (the claimant) toward a Greek company, breaching the
terms of a distribution agreement (overall value $ 50,000). I drafted the final
award. International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the international arm
of the American Arbitration Association, is now managing International Film &
Television Association arbitration panel

As a mediator, been appointed twice by WIPO arbitration agent in mediations
involving (i) a French copyright holder as claimant toward a Chinese distributor re:
the IP in connection with books and games and (ii) a set of French TV networks
challenging a peer-to-peer operator based in the Emirates.

As a counsel, been hired to get exequatur for several IFTA or WIPO awards, with
1st Chamber of Paris Appeal Court for French or for foreign clients
We also represented a Swiss distributor as respondent in a London Court of
International Arbitration (LCIA) arbitration toward a French producer of a feature
documentary film asking for the payment of the MG of 1 M EUR.
With ICC Court : In infrastructure & Transport, I have advised a Saudi Client as
respondent in a 2 M EUR claim on the KSR railway infrastructure raised by French
engineering claimant. In infrastructure & Energy, I'm advising an Ivory Coast
energy operator as claimant in a 33 M EUR pre ICC claim re: the construction of
an electric dam against a French/German construction consortium. In Media &
Entertainment, I'm currently advising a Polish producer as respondent in a 2,9 M
EUR claim for breach of production service agreement with a Colombian service
production company.
