We are thrilled to announce the launch of our first academic project:
“Take a Seat!”
As ArbCEE Members, you have the exclusive opportunity to take part in this inaugural initiative.
ArbCEE’s “Take a Seat!” project will offer a practical overview of various CEE arbitration seats and their approach to important arbitration-related questions.
The overview will include legal, statistical and practical insights into each of the seats, all packaged in an engaging and user-friendly format. The overview will be published both online and in hardcopy, and will be followed by an exclusive “Take a Seat!” roadshow throughout the CEE.
By contributing to the overview, you will have the unique opportunity to help foster a better and wider understanding of the CEE arbitration market and to meet and collaborate with your peers in the CEE. As a contributor, you will also get to share your expertise at exclusive “Take a Seat!” roadshow events, fostering collaboration and knowledge and promoting your respective jurisdiction.
Seize this opportunity to network, collaborate, and showcase your expertise on a global stage! We are looking for two to three contributors per jurisdiction to collaborate in preparing an overview of their arbitration seat.
