- Arbitrator, Arbitration Court of the Czech Economic and Agrarian Chambers (2004–2021)
- Tomáš served on arbitration panels in several dozens of arbitration proceedings at the Arbitration Court of the Czech Economic and Agrarian Chambers in Prague, both as panel member, panel chair and sole arbitrator, conducting proceedings in Czech and in English
- He also has experience as panel member in two ICC arbitrations, one conducted in Prague and the other in Vienna
- Between 2019 and 2022, he served on the ICC’s Czech nomination committee
- He presently participates in the ICC Advanced Arbitration Academy for Eastern Europe
