Relevant arbitration experience:

Acted as an arbitrator (sole arbitrator, presiding arbitrator and co-arbitrator) in 90+ arbitrations seated in Almaty, Bishkek, Kyiv, London, Minsk, Paris, Stockholm and Vienna under the Rules of ICC, LCIA, VIAC, SCC, ICAC at UCCI, IAC at BelCCI, IAC at CCI KR, Atameken.

Represented the clients in over 100 international arbitrations under the Arbitration Rules of the ICC, LCIA, SCC, DIS, International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (MKAS), International Commercial Arbitration Court and Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC and MAC), GAFTA, FOSFA, LMAA, CAS, Swiss Rules and others. About 10% of her cases were ad hoc arbitrations under Swiss law, English law as well as under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules with SCC and ICC as appointing authorities.

Performed various functions (including scrutiny of arbitral awards, challenges etc) in dozens of ICC arbitrations as ICC Court Member (many of these awards were issued in construction disputes).
Served as an expert on Ukrainian law in investment treaty arbitration and foreign litigation proceedings.
