11 cases as arbitrator (sole arbitrator, chair, or co-arbitrator) under the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) and Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CICA-CCIR).
11 cases as counsel under the ICC, VIAC or WIPO Rules, or large investment treaty cases (both under ICSID and UNCITRAL rules), most of them in the team defending the Romanian State (ARB/10/13, ARB/14/29, ARB/15/31).
I have solved over 340 Internet domain name disputes (under UDRP) as panelist with WIPO.
