1. Counsel
a. Representing the biggest Moldovan water & sewage supplier in an international commercial arbitration dispute with a Spanish contractor arising from a FIDIC MDB Contract before the European Court of Arbitration (2024-2025).
b. Representing Moldovan Government in an ICSID investment arbitration case, RTI Rotalin Gas Trading AG and Rotalin Gaz Trading SRL vs. the Republic of Moldova, brought under ECT (2022-2025).
c. Representing the biggest Moldovan water supplier in an international commercial arbitration dispute with a German consortium arising from a FIDIC Yellow Contract (2022-2024).
d. Representing the Moldovan public entity in a UNCITRAL ad-hoc arbitration arising from a World Bank construction works contract (2022 - 2024).
e. Representing the Moldovan public entity in a FIDIC MDB arbitration with a Romanian contractor under UNCITRAL rules examined at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague (2021 - 2023).
f. Representing Moldovan electricity and heat supplier in an international commercial arbitration with a Romanian contractor arising from a European Bank for Reconstruction and Development works contract, examined by the International Commercial Arbitration Court attached to the Moldovan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (2021-2022).
g. Representing a Moldovan public entity in an arbitration arising from a World Bank construction works contract before the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Moldovan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (2020-2021).
2. Arbitrator
I arbitrated six commercial arbitration cases, four of which I presided over as president of the tribunal. One of the cases involved an international dispute between a Moldovan and a Russian entity.

a. Assisting the Moldovan Government in the case of Stileks LLC (Komstroy, Energoalians) v. Moldova, concerning the discovery and annulment of the Energoalians 2013 ICC Arbitration Award (local counsel to SLV Legal) (2023-2025).
b. Assisting the Moldovan Government in the case of Komaksavia Airport Invest v. Moldova concerning the annulment of the SCC Arbitration Award before the SVEA Court of Appeal (local counsel to SALC Advokatbyra) (2023-2025).
c. Assisting a Moldovan public entity in the procedure of enforcement and recognition of an ICC Arbitration Award before the Romanian competent courts of law (2023-2025) (local counsel to CA Anastasia Vadan).
d. Assisting a Moldovan entity in a civil case against a Romanian contractor connected to enforcing performance bank guarantees arising from FIDIC MDB contracts before Bacau Tribunal, Romania (2023).
e. Assisting a Moldovan public entity in an arbitration award set-aside procedure before the Moldovan competent courts.
f. Assisting the Moldovan Government in the case of Gater Assets Ltd. v. Republic of Moldova, Moldova Gaz and Gazsnabtransit SA examined by the Second Circuit US Court of Appeals (local counsel to Steptoe) (2020-2021).
