Relevant arbitration experience:

I specialise in financial aspects of dispute resolution, predominantly serving as an expert witness in litigation or arbitration as well as an expert determiner. My focus areas include M&A accounting, damage computation, investment valuation and shareholder disputes. He has a particular interest in data-heavy assignments and the use of data science in contentious matters.

I have participated in over 30 litigation and over 20 arbitration matters, of differing size and complexity, conducted under the auspices of various institutions (e.g. the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the London Court of International Arbitration, the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, the Vienna International Arbitral Centre, the Court of Arbitration at the Polish National Chamber of Commerce, the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration, courts of Poland, Cyprus and the UK) in Continental Europe, UK, Middle East and Southeast Asia.

I have been cross-examined in both Polish and English.
