ArbCEE ARBITRATION RETREAT

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for the second edition of the ArbCEE Arbitration Retreat, which will take place on 4 and 5 October 2024 in Dubrovnik, Croatia, at the Dubrovnik President Valamar Collection Hotel.

The ArbCEE Arbitration Retreat is an intensive knowledge-sharing and exchange retreat, where about 40 practitioners from various CEE backgrounds actively participate in academic discussions, and share their knowledge, experience and views on a variety of topics.

For this second edition of the Retreat, which is open exclusively to ArbCEE Members, the academic discussions will focus on the taking of evidence in international arbitration. Under the guidance of two discussion leaders, participants will share their experience on various topics, such as how to streamline document production, contentious issues of privilege, how to select witnesses and to prepare them for the hearing, collaborating with experts, and more.
